HOW WE MEASURE YOUR ROOF
We don’t guess.
We calculate roof size by:
Measuring the property footprint
Applying a pitch calculation for roof slope
Checking aerial maps
Inspecting the roof with a drone (condition & access)
You only pay for your actual roof size!
AVERAGE ROOF SIZES – FOR GUIDANCE
2–3 bed semi: ~90m² → £900
3–4 bed detached: ~140m² → £1,400
Smaller roof = price comes down
Larger roof = £10 per extra m²

- All facades cleaned (brick, render, monocouche, panels)
- Roofline plastics hand cleaned & refurbished
- Windows, frames & doors refurbished
- Garages & attached structures cleaned
- External fittings cleaned
- Hard standings steam cleaned (front & rear up to 70m²)

Platinum rule:
If it’s part of the outside of the building, it’s included.
